Maintaining our status as a vendor to organisations known for their quality orientation requires absolute focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. The Quality Assurance team, led by the Senior General Manager, reports directly to the board of directors. A reporting system is employed to highlight any non-conformance and remedial measures taken during the month. Process standardisation, analysis of inspection/ test data and product traceability are important pillars of our system.
Regular training courses are attended by our staff on relevant techniques, such as application of Statistical Process Control. We also operate a company-wide Kaizen programme whereby all employees are encouraged to give suggestions that contribute to quality improvement, efficiency and other areas.
